marginalia project version 1.0 BETA was announced one of the ten finalists of the Festival Conexões Tecnológicas ["Technological Connections Festival"], held by the Sérgio Motta Foundation from São Paulo, Brazil.
The festival will award the best technological projects developed by Brazillian college students from areas such as Architecture, Art, Communication, Computer Science, Design and Engineering. The final result is to be announced by the 7th of July by the final jury: Giselle Beiguelman, Marion Strecker, and Ricardo Ribenboim.

about
Marginalia Project aims at creating works with uncommon approaches to technology, bringing its uses to an aesthetic - often critical, always ludic - perspective. Due to the integrants' background, the group's works deal mostly with images [moving or not], but its major focus is to work with people's relationship with technology, trying to overcome the typical interface we are used to while inserting diverse elements that change [sometimes in an inconvenient way] our operation of technological artifacts.
